There's a frustration out there. It's one shared by a good many marketing organizations; namely, too much time and money is being wasted by marketers giving their creative resources poor or inconsistent direction. Too many "do-overs." At the heart of the frustration is this: the organization has no standards for providing quality, consistent, productive direction. No real Coaching.
