GOING FOR THE GOLD - IN COACHING

If you have enjoyed watching the successes of some of the medal winners in this year's London Olympics, don't forget that much of their success is due to the coaches behind them - even though we don't see the coaches on the medal platforms. The same is true for winning marketing teams: it's typically the coaches behind them that help to enable their successes. And taking a look at what it takes to become a "gold medal" marketing coach is what we consider this week.
