SO, WHAT'S THE PLAN (PART 1)



As we get into winding down the year, here's a question for you: How did you enjoy your annual brand planning for 2015? Not so much? Worse than that? Well, if you're like many of the marketers we know, having these kinds of reactions is not all that unusual. It's darn hard to write and present an annual brand-building plan - even harder to have it well-appreciated and then boldly agreed to by senior management. But, as with everything in business and marketing, there are ways to improve our skills; there are also best practices when it comes to annual plan writing and presenting.
