THE 3-STEP COMMENTING PROCESS REVISITED

Every so often our Dispatches readers ask us to reprise an older edition, or to outline again one of our recommended best practices. This week we can do both: we've dusted off our Dispatches from 2002 entitled, The 3-Step Commenting Process. This e-article not only highlights some of the less effective practices marketers often use to provide response and direction to their creative teams, but it also reprises the "any-child-can-so-this" 3 Steps marketers ought to use for more productive response and direction.
