IT'S TIME FOR RE-ORG
We're in over our heads this week. We are writing about a subject for which we have no expertise. But it is one that has been particularly disruptive and, as such, is worthy of attention. It deals with re-orgs. While we're sharing our thoughts on this subject we'd most certainly enjoy hearing from you regarding your experiences with, and observations of, re-orgs and their impact on marketing, brand health, competitiveness, organizational development, etc. We hope, at the least, that this article will stimulate your thinking and, perhaps, even help you navigate a re-org that is being forced upon you.
