FORGET USP. IT'S ALL ABOUT UBE
From time-to-time, like many of you
we want to share one of our "brand experiences" - especially one that
brought us a teachable moment. We've occasionally detailed some of our airline
experiences, for example. This week we share a very recent restaurant
experience - or, as you'll see, experiences. And what these experiences taught
us is that it's not enough anymore to have a USP for your brand. No, what’s
really required in today's marketplace is for your brand to have a UBE.
